About Traeger.com Payment Method?
Traeger.com accepts various payment methods for both US and Canadian customers. These include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Affirm, US Traeger.com Gift Cards, Canada Traeger.com Gift Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. It's important to note that Visa and Mastercard gift cards are accepted, but the gift card value must be greater than the transaction total. Additionally, Traeger.com offers a financing program through a partnership with Affirm. This allows customers to make purchases using an Affirm payment plan.
Traeger.com Return Policy?
Traeger.com accepts returns on items purchased directly through them via phone, sponsored event, or their website. Products can be returned up to 45 days from the original date of shipment. All merchandise must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging. Returns are not accepted on pellets, sauces, or rubs. A refund for the price of the merchandise, less any applicable return freight and/or restocking fees, will be automatically applied to your credit or debit card within 10 business days after receiving the returned product. If your original form of payment is no longer active, a check will be sent within 30 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless in the instance of a refused delivery. In this instance, a freight charge of $350 on all full-size grills and griddles and $100 on portable size grills, will be deducted from the refunded value. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
As for the shipping policy, Traeger.com ships online orders within the continental United States. They do not ship to P.O., APO, or FPO addresses at this time. They use ground shipping for most internet orders. Orders can take up to 24 hours to process. Orders ship from their warehouse in 5-7 business days. Deliveries take an average of 7 business days to arrive. Traeger charges shipping and handling fees on all pellet online orders. Select grill and non-pellet orders in the continental U.S. ship free. Shipping cost for continental United States varies depending on the product. For example, shipping is free for Flatrock Flat Top Grill, Timberline Grills, Ironwood Grills, Pro Grills, and Portable Grills. However, shipping for Pro 34 Grill is $49.00 and for Pellets is $8.99. All other products ship for free.
